Mindfulness Art Group Beginning Soon - Friday

If you enjoy art and would like an opportunity to be creative, as well as explore the concepts of compassion and gratitude, we have the group for you!

A Mindfulness Art Group will be starting after March Break.  Every Wednesday from March 22 to May 17, the group will meet to participate in meditation or mindfulness activities and to create works of art.  You don't need to be a master artist to enjoy this club.  

There is no cost to students.  If you are interested in joining please sign up in the main office.  The first session is Wednesday right after March Break.
